Please note: Repairs can take up to two weeks and the manufacturer’s product warranty only includes manufacturer’s defects. The warranty does not cover the damage done by other contractor(s) or the homeowner, damage done by an insect(s), animal(s) or rodent(s) or damage done by inclement/severe weather. It also does not cover connectivity issues to your Wi-Fi network/router, inability to understand the mobile application,and improper programming of the lights. Thank you!
